Body Movement Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
You the customer are priority, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
